More than 48 hours before the job: reschedule at no charge, or keep the deposit as store credit. Inside 48 hours: the deposit is kept.

Weather, smoke, ice, or unsafe wind: we reschedule. Your deposit moves with you. We do not keep it for our weather call.

Quarterly Care: cancel anytime after visit one. Unused future visits are not refunded. LAKESTART applies only to the first visit of a new membership.
